Robert Martinez
Hometown: Dublin, CA
Background: Growing up, I played competitive baseball year-round and was recruited to pitch at the D1 level at the University of San Diego. After my baseball career came to a close, I looked for ways to continue to keep those competitive juices flowing and decided to pursue a new athletic career in running. In 2021, my wife Andrea and I moved from the Bay Area (San Jose) to North County San Diego (Carlsbad). After moving down, I had the itch to run with a team, which led to me joining PRT in the spring of 2023.
